"Good gear, but the wait was rough"
The gear itself seems solid, so no complaints there. But my order ended up being backordered and took way longer to arrive than I was expecting. The communication was okay, but I definitely would’ve appreciated more updates along the way.

The fit was pretty much spot on. I got it installed without much hassle, and everything lined up the way it was supposed to, which doesn’t always happen. I was expecting to have to mess with it more, but nope, it went on easy. Nice when a part just fits and you can move on.

I tried using the site, but it just feels clunky and confusing. Finding anything took way more effort than it should, and I kept getting frustrated clicking around with no clear direction. It really needs to be cleaned up and made easier to use.

I had a question about my order and they got back to me fast, faster than I was expecting honestly. It wasn’t like everything was totally perfect, especially with that one part, but they were helpful and easy enough to deal with.

"Order was correct, but delivery felt messy"
I did get everything I ordered, so I’ll give them credit for that. Nothing was missing or wrong. But the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was frustrating. It also wasn’t really clear who was responsible once the order started moving, the store, the warehouse, or the shipping company — so I felt like I didn’t know who to check with. Overall, not a terrible experience, just kind of clunky. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a hurry.

"Pretty decent, though not quite my favorite"
I thought the quality was solid overall, but it definitely started showing wear faster than I’d hoped. To be fair, I’m a bit picky about this kind of thing and tend to notice wear quickly, so others might not be as bothered by it.

The parts weren’t exactly cheap, but they do feel well made and worth the price. Everything fit properly and the install went okay, though I was expecting clearer instructions to make the process a little smoother. The shipping cost was a bit more than I would’ve liked, but overall I’m still happy with it...
